Stay away – do not buy from Ulefone.co.uk!I bought a brand new Ulefone phone, and right after it arrived, it wouldn’t charge. I contacted Ulefone UK, and they told me to check whether the issue was with the charger or the cable. After checking, I confirmed that it does charge with a different charger, but the manual clearly states not to use anything other than the original Ulefone charger.They said they would send me a new charger, which I appreciated, and I asked if they could send it as soon as possible so that I could start using my phone safely. I also asked when I might expect it to arrive. Since then – silence. It’s been nearly a week, and I’ve had no communication at all. I’ve followed up, but no one has replied, and I still haven’t received the new charger.They simply stopped responding the moment they realised there was an issue. If this is how they handle something as small as a charger, imagine what happens if your phone develops a serious fault. Once they’ve made the sale, they clearly don’t care about after-sales support.Very poor service, and I wouldn’t recommend buying from them.
