ulefone is by far the worst phone company to deal with, and I've yet to receive my phone. I spent quite a bit of money on two phones and they charged me for shipping fees in the transaction, but then I get a notification that DHL is now charging me another fee to release my package. if I would have known I would have never purchased them or even try their company. I sent them emails, I've went in their site and sent text messages, but nothing was answered. then I get a vague message telling me that's my responsibility for the fees and that if theirs some wrong with the package that I would be charge for it. Are they crazy? If they don't package things well,.then it's their responsibility, not the customers! Never again will I purchase from them. I stand by my comment. ulefone will not pressure me to change anything. They were ignorant enough to have one of their reps, calling herself Meg, send me messages as to penalties for damage package, which I thought was laughable, threaten me with being held accountable returns and other fees, but never acknowledged accountability for hidden fees due to tariffs on their goods. Furthermore, I spent nearly $2k on phones that probably cost them $200 dollars at tops. Whatever they have going on with the government should be worked out with them, not the end user consumer. All this could've been avoided if they covered that hidden fees I wasn't aware of until the day prior I was supposed to receive my package. Nice try. They feel offended by this response, but are ok extorting money from their clients, got it! Karma
