Purchase a Armor 23 Ultra and the phone is riddled with problems such as wireless charging does not work and one of the carriers call waiting feature will not work and the phone is just glitchy. Ulefone does not stand behind their phones and will not replace or give me my money back. They want me to send my phone back first the China and go weeks without a phone! That is the poorest customer service I have ever seen and they will not do anything else to help me. I paid over $400 for this phone and it is worthless. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTS!In response to Ulefone as stated Ulefone wants the phone back first and you are the only phone sales I have seen that wants the phone back first and your comment about reading the warranty is your way of not standing behind your phone. Nobody ever reads that.
