I asked a flurry of questions which he did his best to answer. There was no hard sell involved and I didn’t feel pressured in any way. John gave me some time to think about it all and then arranged for us to speak again. Another appointment was booked and I used the intervening time to think things through.By the time we spoke again a few days later my mind was made up and, in less than a week, we had gone through the entire paperwork - from ID and KYC checks to agreement sign off. I am looking forward to my first monthly ‘paycheck’ with great anticipation.It is obviously premature to comment on how my investment might ultimately perform - having just started - but the experience so far has been great. The info pack is transparent, user friendly and contains very helpful information delivered in plain language.Above all John has proved to be a fantastic person to deal with. Throughout the process I found him to be incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, diligent, accessible and pleasant. He is a fine ambassador for what I think is a great product. Fingers crossed!
