Terrible service! Do not go with them!
Problems started from the very first minute. The server was not installed automatically — they kept me busy for two hours before something finally started working. Before the purchase, support told me there was a ready-to-use stack. After the payment, they told me to choose and configure everything myself.
I asked for a refund just two hours after the installation, and they said their policy does not allow it. I will now be pursuing a payment reversal through my bank.
Do not work with them!!!!

i reported an ip spreading phishing content, it was very obvious however they said to contact the police.I honestly thought ultahost cared about phishing on their platform, sad to see they dont. I was surprised to see that you guys got an icann notice but now its clear. They dont care about it, they only do it when they have to, and then they do the bare minimum.
I want to share my experience with UltaHost. After you choose and purchase your server, it will be delivered to you within about 30 minutes. Their services are excellent! The control panel is very easy to use and includes great tools to start, stop, and restart your server. The support team is also amazing — they usually reply in less than 5 minutes. The panel even has a VNC feature, so you can watch your server from the moment it powers on until it’s fully loaded.
I bought this service for an ASA game server. It worked reasonably well for what it was but every game update reset my game settings for the server, when I tried reaching out for support for an issue i was experiencing with the service I might as well have searched google as I got about the same response and no help. If you want a good server host go somewhere else.
