I've been buying from Ultimate Custom Mouse Pads for years. First for myself, but my wife loved them, so I've been buying them for her too. Every couple years or so we get new ones just to mix it up, they never wear out. In all this time I've only had an issue with the LEDs on one of them and Ultimate sent me a new one for free, shipping covered, far outside of the standard return window.
