Buying from this site was truly a great experience due in large part to the customer service that Jordan provided to me.First off my original image was too small and Jordan reached out to me and explained the situation and gave me the opportunity to choose a different image. Once I selected a new image it was narrow and would have had some flaws being printed onto a mouse pad. Jordan made edits to the image taking my feedback and ensuring that my order was exactly what I wanted. I will be ordering again, if not only because of how valued Jordan made me feel as a customer.
