I joined UP Cheshire in October 2021 feeling at an all time low. Paul Longfield was and is truly exceptional as a PT, encouraging me, teaching me and pushing me to achieve things I never thought would be possible. I started out thinking I’ll just do 12 weeks and nearly 4 years later I’m still training with Paul and enjoying every minute. UP is my happy place and I can’t imagine not training here
