Assigned 4 drivers to ship my vehicle, two were the same driver who cancelled the pick up two days prior to scheduled pick up, I didn't find out about the cancellation till I contacted the driver, both the other drivers cancelled. Last week I contacted ultimate transport 123 and cancelled my order, it is now 3 days later and it is not cancelled, I have been trying to reach angela to find out WHY my order is NOT cancelled, she won't return my call. How did they EVER get a gold star rating is beyond me
