This app is highly deceptive and misleading. Subscriptions renew automatically without adequate warning, and there's no clear method to cancel through the platform. I was charged multiple times for a subscription I couldn't manage, and the support team refused to provide a full refund, only offering partial compensation or alternative access. As of now, my subscription has not been confirmed as cancelled, nor have I received a refund. This has been a frustrating and dishonest experience—users should be cautious.
