Poor product!! Do not waste your time and money on this! I bought this product last year on a “special offer” for £54... I would be even more livid if I’d paid double that which it was meant to be! There are no instructions. The product is cheaply made in China. It takes hours to charge and when it’s fully charged it lasts a couple of brushes until it dies again. It then stopped charging.I contacted the customer service team who then sent me a new one.The same thing happened.I contacted them again and again they sent me another new one. This was all in between tonnes of emails back and forth and them asking for videos to prove that it was faulty (as if I was lying). The third one arrived. I charged it, used it a couple of times and then THE SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN!!! After this... I decided enough was enough and that I’d like a refund for this pathetic product. To which they continually refused as its “clearly written in their policy”. Well I’m sorry but if a product is FAULTY then a customer is more than entitled to a refund under the consumer rights act... Very poor company who clearly just scam people. DO NOT USE!!!!
