This company is a total scam. I used the device twice and experienced very painful burning. I reached out to the company after these two experiences (3 days after receiving the device). They have a "90 day money-back guarantee," but said I wouldn't qualify because the return is only for those that use the device for 70 days and take pictures every week and send them pictures! It's shocking that a company would tell their client to continue use of a product that was causing them pain. Also, I am not sending some random company pictures of my body. That is SUCH an invasion of privacy. They refuse to return my money and I have reported them to the AG. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
