When I requested a return, I was advised as per their return policy, “ They recommend using 5 times per week. Taking a photo each week and then after 10 weeks send them the status photos (with dates) of the area so they can gauge whether or not there has been progress. If they don’t agree with my position they can then deny the return. I do not have such a smartphone that takes photos with dates (too complicated even for me to figure out)! No more replies from Ultra-Cavitat! Please, do yourself a favor- DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!! I'll file a complaint with BBB; then I'll go "higher"!
