It’s rare these days to actually find a company that has good customer service. I had a switch that stopped working after a couple months, but I had ordered it about five months prior, so I completely expected to be told that it was out of warranty and to pi55 off. But it was just the opposite, your guy was professional, super cool and didn’t give me a hard time. He sent out a replacement right away.
