The seat covers I received were not as described. Instead of a tailored fit, they are "one-size-fits-all" with cheap stretch fabric sides.
Major Issues:
Poor Fit: The covers do not accommodate the rear seatbelts (the fabric overlaps them entirely) also didn't accommodate the stick armrest.
Low Quality: The headrest covers are just flat pieces of PU leather held together by Velcro.
Safety Concerns: I reached out to ask if these specific covers are compliant with UK airbag regulations. While their website features a video claiming compliance, the covers shown are a completely different model. The company has ignored my repeated inquiries regarding the safety of the product I actually received.
Customer Service:
Communication is non-existent. I didn't even ask for a refund—I simply expressed disappointment and asked vital safety questions. They have gone silent. Be warned: they likely ignore messages to let the 30-day return window expire.
