So Ultra Car Mats informed me via email to notify the police and make a report since they said the item was delivered. No info about sending me another item due to not receiving it. Fine people, if you are reading this review. Please avoid purchasing any items from this company and do not go through what I have endured. I will post emails of the correspondence with Ultra where they just say contact the courier and make a police report. I guess I am out close to 300 bucks, but I guess it could be worse!?!. Ultra Car Mats please don’t reply to my review because you obviously do not care and will not help. Have a blessed evening everyone.
