I give 1 star because they don't have 0 Star, This company is lied , I have make my phone bill September 30 2018 and they took the money on October 2 2018. My phone is expired on October 30 2018,11:59pm they sent me message, after 5 day they cut off my phone for no reason, all I was mad is They told me I haven't make a payment yet, and I told her I did I have my bank statement they took the money out, and she said I have make wrong website not them website, I was very mad ,How I have make wrong website if I make wrong website why u let me use the phone plan, why u don't cut before, U know This is big lied, if anyone read my review please be careful with this company. I loose my money already.. if they did mistake they can't refund ur money. That's why ppl give them 2 Stars, how bad the ultra mobile company.
