Consistent issues sending and receiving group messages; currently having trouble sending texts to a single person. The settings have changed to “automatic” so I can no longer enter information manually after iOS updates. This service blames T Mobile for the group messaging issues but my sister is with T Mobile, has an identical phone (iPhone SE), the same iOS, and NO issues whatsoever. I have called and emailed service with NO results. I am currently paying for service I am not receiving!! SO FRUSTRATING!
