Ultra Mobile is doing ugly business! Let me not to mention the poor quality of its data/cellular signals, which annoyed me frequently as I couldn't make a smooth call in my study room and had to go to my dinning room to make a successful call. Well I bought the international roaming fee 10 dollars last month but I could not make any international call when I went to Germany, and the ugly thing was that Ultra even wiped the $10 off my account even no international call had ever happened. And I called the company, they had to put $10 back in my account. The ugliest thing is when I switched to another company, Ultra didn't even want to return me the $10! It's like somebody owe you money, but they just don't want to return you the money! Ugliest thing I have ever seen for a phone company! Walk away from this company as Ultra does a disgusting business!
