I am submitting this complaint due to the ongoing failure of the service provider to deliver the wireless service I paid for, as well as their inability to restore my phone number despite numerous interactions with customer support. I activated a one-year plan on December 1, 2025, but service issues began shortly after on December 10, 2025. Customer service suggested enabling Wi-Fi calling, which repeatedly failed. I was also instructed to delete and reinstall my eSIM, but this resulted in complete disconnection of my service. This number is essential for my medical and insurance communications. Since then, I have reached out to the company around 25 times, providing all necessary information each time, only to have my case transferred to different departments without resolution. Communication has been challenging, and no representative has taken responsibility for my issue. I was informed that three recovery attempts had already occurred and that I would need to wait 30 days before trying again. After escalating the matter, management advised me to purchase a physical SIM, assuring me I could activate it without an authorization code. I complied and made the payment. However, upon receiving the SIM, I was told I would have to wait another 30 days, effectively restarting the entire process. Despite paying in full and following all instructions, the service provider has not restored my service or offered a viable solution. It has been a nightmare dealing with this carrier, and I decided to move on after suffering through this experience.
