I was sadly only with Ultraservers for a few days due to not needing a server for longer than the 7-day trial period. However, within those days customer support has been fantastic. I had a small issue with my server right after setup, where I instantly got help on their discord server.Also while creating a ticket regarding payment I got helped and responded to within 3 minutes. Server experience itself is great and very easy to use and set up.Honestly, these guys are great. I'll definitely be renting from them again if I want to set up a server in the future.
