Ordered 3 more 3 months ago - big drop in quality.
Tried to send them back. As a EU citizen, I had 14 days to do so. I sent them to the adres provided in the slip.
After sending it, I got an email saying 'but you had to put the slip in the return package'
If there are specific instructions that a customer has to follow in order to send an item back, maybe state so on the freaking slip?
I'd never even know about the freaking slip if I did not write to them myself.
I've returned hundreds of items. This is the only time EVER when apparently receiver couldn't be found.
They're complicating the return process on purpose.
Because, if they really wanted you to include a small piece of paper in your return package. IT SHOULD BE WRITTEN SOMEWHERE, RIGHT?
And someone has to open the freaking package to see it anyway. and if they did, you're really telling me, no one knows a buissiness next door? sure
