Nice and short review.Bought a t-shirt from the company size Medium. T-shirt delivered was pretty late (before any covid lockdowns started happening) and a size small. Contacted the company via email to ask for an exchange, no reply. Forwarded that email directly to the company again, no reply.Spoke to UMAI on instagram after seeing them comment on ads and they said they would send out a new t-shirt right away which was promising. However, when I asked for a tracking number and for more information they stopped replying to me after viewing the message.Opened a paypal dispute, company still didn't reply. Paypal have sent me an offer to give me the full money back for the t-shirt however I have to pay for shipping to the USA which wasn't where the item was sent from and costs around half the price of the t-shirt.
