My boyfriend and I traveled to Bangkok for 6 days and 5 nights to celebrate my 30th birthday. From start to finish Ivan was beyond helpful, very responsive and accommodating. Ivan had all bases covered and for our trip everything was planned to perfection. In that short time we were able to experience the best of Bangkok. Ivan had our activities planned out each day with a precise and detailed itinerary, he even included some meals. He made this the absolute best most easy process. This company gets 20/5 stars. The hotel he picked was so nice, clean and the people were very accommodating. We were in walking distance to some of the best street food, a dispensary and a laundry service. This is for sure a top tier concierge service! We were handled with care from start to finish. Our tour guide Monchai held our hand EVERYWHERE we went, from airport pickup to the ticketing gate at the airport. Ivan and Monchai even helped my boyfriend plan a special birthday surprise on a romantic 5 star hotel rooftop. The driver was ALWAYS on time and even early most times. We were transported everywhere in an air conditioned sprinter van, privately with the best service. Monchai did an amazing job educating us and making sure we experienced an authentic Thai experience. He was always so enthusiastic and proud of what he does. Thanks to UME this was the absolute best travel experience EVER.
