I'm saying scam

The youtube advert i saw is basically copy-pasted from old Oxfam adverts. The parent company (Our Ummah Inc.) also has a tax ID that's American and they have only one year (2022) on financial record, which yeilded $583,000 revenue and $475,000 expenses. Of the four listed employees with the highest salary ($0), three had the same last name (Mohamed Sayed, Eman Sayed, Osama Sayed and the other was Reda Ahmed). None of these names have any online presence related to Palestine. There is a rise of people opening their minds in the USA, but most people who are active in that way are already working outside of the system because the system openly works against support of Palestine. So a new charity from the USA that decides to take action against the injustice by independently Oxfamming people on youtube is incredibly suspicious. Even if it isn't a scam, it isn't where you should be sending your money. Any worthwhile charity for Gaza will already be linked up with activist movements in Palestine and in its country of origin and will have a track record of doing so.Their official website also claims they provide aid in the following countries: "Morocco, Egypt, Yemen, Syria, Lebanon & Philippine" (their typo, not mine). Palestine is not even in that list, so they are expecting us to believe that they have established offices in and methods of transporting aid to Gaza within a matter of months. That simply isn't viable.
