I had a problem installing uMobix via iCloud, so I contacted customer support. The lady there was extremely kind and supportive, but we did not find the roots of my problem. In the end, she apologized and asked me to wait while she checked up with the technical specialist. No one wrote back to me for 2 days, but then another supporter got back to me and the problem was solved.
