We received the blind as ordered!!They forgot to put an intruction leaflet in package After 2 messages& an email we had no reply so rang again & eventually got a PDF with instruction!It shows a description of what is included SREWS FOR FIXING SEVERAL SIZED INDICATING WHICH GOES WITH EACH BRACKET.But there were NONE!!!After 2 furthur conversations the customer service said the information was out of date& they no longer supply screws!!!!!! Not helpful nor sorry!!!Never use again like we hoped to!!!!
