UPDATE: the package arrived in great condition, bringing joy to the recipient... 18 days after I placed the order. I don't know why it took so long, so just keep that in mind when ordering that it can take quite a while. I love the idea of supporting small business, but I have been disappointed. The website was glitchy; I made up my custom package carefully choosing my items each time, and when I would go to complete the order it would disappear. I was persistent and got it after 3 attempts. It read that my order was complete, but it never did send a confirmation email, which left me wondering if the order had actually gone through. My friend's surgery has come and gone and I'm disappointed that a week later, still no package has been delivered to her. I'm hoping it will still arrive shortly. I loved the selection of gifts and I think it's a great idea, but I hope they can improve the website. Also it would nice to know an approximate delivery date at the time of ordering.
