I would give this company 10 stars if I could. The charm bracelet I bought was beautiful but unfortunately the clasp occasionally ‘stuck’ and at sometime (unbeknown to me) it had stuck open and the charms all came off. It was the sentimental value of the charms that made it so upsetting: I reported it to the company and did not expect anything in response but they have been FANTASTIC…offered a replacement straight away! I can’t wait for it to arrive, it means so much to me as I had bought it for my return to work after having my third and final baby (each charm with one of their names on).
