Rating the overall bracelet, I would give it 2 stars. Rating the customer service, I would give it an extra star. They were very friendly and patient with me and helped with all of my questions. I really appreciate that. But with the bracelet being too small, and having to buy an extra link, the printed names being very tiny that you can barely see them, and not even receiving on Father’s Day when I ordered weeks in advance, that’s the reason I wouldn’t buy anything else with this company.
