Order had a processing error and I only discovered by going into my account. Deposit was taken out so I called the support line and was told the room was not available, that is why the order could not process. I received no notification or email from Undercover Tourist and had to track down this info myself. I still have not received a refund of my deposit despite them saying it would be 72 hours.
