It would be beneficial for the undershirts to have an automatic customs clearance. I was advised to contact the delivery service, which in turn directed me back to customer service, leading to a confusing situation. A different delivery service might be more efficient. On the positive side, the website is user-friendly, and the purchasing process is quick and straightforward, with discounts applied automatically. Overall, customer service was acceptable, but delivery service could be improved.
