I had ordered a Mississippi Map turtle, it came in with a broken leg, I contacted them and they send me a replacement. Upon arrival I noticed the turtle had a scar on its stomach and it looked bad. I contacted them again and they said it was a liquid to clean the water which was nothing to worry about. Every other day I noticed the scar was getting worse and I sent them pics and they continued to say it was nothing to worry about. 2 weeks later the turtle died and I let them know again and after that they said “oh yeah it looks like it died because it’s shell looks bad, must of got infected”. They tried to give me 20% off another order like are you serious? I let them know right when I had received it, that it looked sick just for them to tell me it died cuz of what I kept asking about. I would stay away from this place. Would not recommend at all.
