They say they’ll ship within 24-48 hours. They created a UPS label. After several days of assurances they were going to actually give the deliver to UPS it never left the company. Then after one last promise that they were *actually* going to send it to UPS they cancelled this shipment without a refund. I had to go back to my bank to reverse the charges.
