I was very impressed with the original style shirt from my first order and decided to replace all my work shirts with it. I later ordered three black shirts and three special blue shirts, all in Large. However, the black shirts arrived in a new cut that didn't match my expectations from the original style. The length and fit were noticeably different, and the sizing was inconsistent. I attempted to exchange for XL, but it felt more like XXL. I returned to Large and kept the new cut, hoping the blue shirts would be the original style. It's been nearly five months, and I still haven't received them. I was told the delay was due to customs, which raises concerns since the marketing suggested they were American-made. Customer service was only available via email, and my experience was frustrating. Responses were often brief and unhelpful, adding to my dissatisfaction. While my exchange was eventually processed, the lack of support made the experience much harder than expected. I've spent over $200 and received only two shirts that fit well, three that fit poorly, and the blue shirts still haven't arrived. I'm hoping for a resolution that meets the expectations set by the marketing. Future purchases will depend on receiving the blue shirts and a potential goodwill discount for the inconvenience.
