Ordering was quick and easy. I was so excited to get these shirts. I was extremely disappointed when I received the shirts. I wear XL. I would say about 90% of shirts I buy anywhere fits me just fine. These were so long. I began the return process. I was very disappointed that they charged me for handling as well as a $10.00 fee for them to credit back my card as opposed to In store credit which would be no charge. Obviously we know why they charge this fee, they’d rather you have an in store credit, No business has ever done that to me. Especially a clothing store. I get the handling fee, don’t like the “extortion” tax! Not a great way to start a company. I know credit card companies do not charge the store for refunds. I know because I work in retail. Jumping over a dollar for a dime, not a great impression for customers.
