I found one product contained in a large capsule, which was difficult for me to swallow. I contacted the company about alternative ways I could take their mushroom superblend capsule and got a reply within 15 minutes, not only a reply but a very easy solution! The capsule can be broken open and mixed into a smoothie or yoghurt. Perfect solution for me.
