The shipping took forever. When I finally got my order, I realized I had chosen the wrong color. I tried to initiate an exchange for the unopened pack, but kept getting the runaround and no replies. After my third email, I got a response saying it would cost me more to send it back and I’d have to pay for the correct color! This is ridiculous! I will NEVER order from this service again!
