Do not deal with this company. This isn't just a review, this is a warning to people not to spend any money at all with this company.They have taken an online transaction and they haven't or won't deliver items that have been purchased. They are now ignoring us and refusing to answer calls and our requests to deal with this promptly.We are now issuing an official default of payment protocol to their merchant banking service as they have broken payment service regulations. I would advise anyone that if this company doesn't fulfil their contracted FCA obligations, that they do the same. These unprofesional people will be marked down by service regulations and their remote or online transaction facilities will be stopped imediately under FCA ( financial conduct authority) investigation protocol.I will add further details of this soon subject to a satisfactory resolution.Regards,Karl.
