I started the products the last week in August of 2024. My main focus was hopes of getting off blood pressure medication and dropping the number of my A1C. I understood that it is Not a weight loss product, but some people did lose weight as a side benefit. Now during the month of December 2024. I am no longer taking blood pressure medication because my blood pressure has been good. I will be going to my doctor to see what my A1C number is now, but I feel great. Fortunately, I am one of the people that got weight loss as a benefit. I lost 21 pounds. I am thankful for this company. These natural products coupled with intermittent fasting are working fantastic for me.
