Absolutely horrendous customer service. I ordered contacts that were in stock 3 weeks before Halloween. They never shipped. When I called a week before Halloween they told me that those contacts were now on backorder. They never sent me an email. I demanded that they resend me the email that they claim that they sent letting me know that they were on backorder. They never produced that email I called back multiple times over several days and since several emails stating that I needed to contact before Halloween. It is now Tuesday Halloween is Friday. I finally got somebody to call me back and they’re telling me that they cannot ship any pair at all to me to compensate for their horrendous customer service and their inaccurate advertisement of having the contacts I ordered in stock. This is the second time in 5 years they’ve screwed me up on Halloween, I will NEVER order from them again. Steer clear!!!
