The person that I dealt with the most was Heather Delaney. She is wonderful, sweet and very patient. She took the time to explain everything in details to me. We had to convert two accounts into a Roth IRA before rolling it over into a self directed IRA with Unified Wealth. We were on conference calls just about every day with Fidelity for a few weeks until everything was completed to our satisfaction.
