Same scam as the rest of them. Just got off of the phone with Kenneth. Unifi...you all need to train your people to listen, and not talk over people. He had the nerve to tell me that it didn't matter what I thought. Once he told me that I did not qualify for a loan (which I'm sure they won't tell you what situation DOES qualify for a loan), I told him that I had already discussed the credit-crushing consolidation option with another company, and decided not to go that route, he proceeded to talk over me. I told him that if he let me finish, I would let him finish. He kept talking. I said, "Sir, if you do not want me to hang up on you...you will let me finish...as I am the customer." He said it did not matter. Click. Had to give him the dial tone. If my credit gets affected by this phone call...be on the lookout for contact from BBB, secretary of state, etc.
