The underwriter nor Loan Consultant, Jerry, took time to dig into my DTI nor actually TRY to make something work. How do you know everything reporting is accurate with regards to monthly spend? You don't because you quit. You didn't try and actually go the extra mile to help someone. Stop advertising that you are assisting clients and partnering with your "sister" company to ensure you can help people in situations like mine. So tired of companies sending out gimmicks just to waste clients time and patience.
