Very disorganised and disappointing tripI recently joined the 4-day Italy trip for Easter, and it was very poorly organised from start to finish. The bus arrived late with no communication, and even when it arrived, no one informed us. Break times were unclear and unrealistic for such a large group.The hotel was much further away than advertised, and we were constantly rushed due to delays caused by bad planning. Pisa and Florence visits were much shorter than promised, tour guide was only 22 minutes instead of 2hours and 30 minutes promised on the website due to delays and we spent a lot of time waiting around with no updates.On the last day, we had to wait outside for nearly two hours before going to Venice because they told us to wait for an extra bus that was coming from Rome.One of the bus leaders was also quite rude.Overall, the trip did not match what was advertised and was very stressful. I would not recommend this company.
