I’ve basically copied a previous review. I have had the same experience. Booked a Lapland package trip scheduled for 12 February 2026. The trip was cancelled by Uniflucht just one day before departure. A few alternative options and a refund option were provided. I chose the refund, and approval was confirmed on 12 February 2026. Since then, there have been no further updates. Despite multiple follow-ups, the refund has still not been received as of 6 March 2026.Last-minute cancellations combined with delayed refunds can leave customers without a vacation, facing financial strain and significant disappointment. It was the 1st time travelling in over 30 years. Really was the most costly experience. PLEASE DO NOT book a tour with them Future customers should carefully consider this risk before booking.Also when calling their tel number there was no response and upon calling their WApp number the lady was unable to speak any German or proper English Pretty much waste of time and money and lots of disappointment, is what you get with uniflucht.
