Uniflucht GmbH has provided the single worst travel booking experience I have ever encountered. Their complete lack of customer care and professional negligence is astounding.Just **ONE DAY** before my scheduled departure, I received a notification that the departure point for my journey had been changed. This last-minute alteration caused massive disruption, rendering my carefully made travel plans, including pre-booked connecting transport and accommodation, completely useless and resulting in significant additional costs and stress.When I contacted customer service to resolve this unacceptable situation—either by providing a viable alternative that worked with my original plans or issuing a refund—I was met with utter indifference. The representative refused any refund, citing their terms and conditions, and showed zero empathy or willingness to find a solution for a problem **entirely of Uniflucht's making**.To change a critical detail like a departure point with less than 24 hours' notice is grossly irresponsible. To then hide behind policy and refuse to take financial responsibility for the chaos they cause is the hallmark of a dishonest and predatory company.I am now left out of pocket and had to scramble for last-minute alternatives at my own expense.
