Unreliable and unprofessional service.I booked a trip from the Netherlands to Croatia and back. On the way there, I had to reach my destination on my own because the service failed, and they have still not refunded me even after 1.5 months.On the return, instead of dropping us in Amsterdam as promised, they left us in Düsseldorf with no support or assistance. I had to make my own way back to Amsterdam at extra cost.I have sent multiple emails and WhatsApp messages, but received no reply, no refund, and no accountability.Would never recommend Uniflucht to anyone!
