Unprofessional – trip cancelled and no refund even after 4 month'sReview:My trip with Uniflucht was cancelled from Aachen, and I only received a late-night email telling me to join from Köln instead. This was very inconvenient and not what I had booked. Since I could not join from Köln, I requested a cancellation and refund. However, even after 4 months, I still have not received my money back. I contacted their customer service several times, but they were unhelpful and did not resolve the issue. This is very unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend Uniflucht to anyone.
