Sticky TRESemmé Brush-handles

I purchased six various TRESemmé brushes (by Unilever), and after just 18 months, the handles became sticky and unusable, despite being stored with great care and cleaned regularly. I contacted their customer service with detailed explanations and even a video showing the issue.Their response? A polite but dismissive email blaming things like product buildup or moisture exposure—even though I had taken all reasonable precautions. They refused to offer a refund or replacement, citing the age of the brushes and lack of packaging/batch info.Frankly, I expect better quality from a reputable brand, selling expensive brushes at around £12 per brush. A brush handle should not degrade like this within such a short time. Very disappointed in both the product and the lack of accountability. I won’t be purchasing TRESemmé brushes again.
